7 Day Return Policy

  • If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return policy period. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product and condition.
  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed“.
  • If the return period of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Return Reasons

  • Delivery of a product that is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (faulty or malfunctioning) condition
  • Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

Returns or Refund Not Accepted IF

  • Item is picked up from store after checking thoroughly (except if there is defect or damage as mentioned above)
  • Change of mind after purchase

Returns Process

  • The product has to be inspected by bestbargains.lk before proceeding with the refund process.
  • If the product is returned by customer at no fault from the product, there will be a return charge of Rs.150 for the process involved. (Pickup charges will apply if the product has to be picked up from the customer. Pickup charge may vary from the delivery charge paid on the sales invoice due to the nature of the pickup)
  • If the product is faulty, bestbargains.lk takes full responsibility for return, replacement and refund at not cost to customer.
  • If the refund is approved (full or partial), the customer will receive refund to their bank account (you will receive a call requesting bank details). This is to maintain official record of refund issued.
  • Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded back to the same card. This is a 7 to 10 day process depending on the bank. If this time period cannot be accepted, please avoid using this payment method at checkout as it’s standard procedure.
